At registration time, just have one of the players to sign up first. Sign up means that you make the payment and fill out the Google Form (which the link to the form is attach to the Stripe confirmation page after you make the payment).
Your partner will required to pay and fill out the form after you are confirmed that you are IN in the tournament.
If you are signing up to more than 1 event - as an example, you are playing WD 50+, MXD 50+ and WD Any age - then you will need to make 3 different payments with 3 different links

Step 2 – Fill out the form
Read this carefully - After you made the payment on Step 1, on the last page of the Stripe payment confirmation page, there will be a link to the Google Form. Click the link to fill out the form.
If you don't have a partner, please put “need partner” on the partner’s info when you make the payment as well as filling out the form.
- For the first 72 hours, you will NOT know. We have to manually tally everyone’s payment and form etc. Please be patience and give us time to compile the file and to inform you. Texting and/or emailing us within those periods above will not make the process faster.
- Afterwards, we will post the information here. We will update the list once a week (this is also having to be done manually, aka not in real time).
- If you have paid and you see your name, then you can inform your partner to make the payment and fill out the form.
- So, if you feel that you have made the payment and fill out the form and you don’t see your name, DO NOT panic. The list may just not been updated yet.
- IF you don't get IN to the event (aka Full), you will be put on Waitlist. So, don't give up, things always change in the last minute/closer to the date - injury, partners breaking up, etc.
Ratings will be based on DUPR.
IMPORTANT – make sure that you have a DUPR account prior to playing in this tournament. Please also make sure that your name is the same with the name you put when you register, otherwise it will be very difficult for us to check your rating and for our volunteers to input the scores after.
Ratings will be round down, for example:
3.001 to 3.499 = 3.0
3.501 to 3.999 = 3.5
4.001 to 4.499 = 4.0
and so on
Players are NOT allowed to play down below their rating. Players are allow to play up (max 1.0 level up).
Last day to request for a Refund request will be Friday, March 21st at 9pm.
- Prior to March 21st, refunds are registration fee minus $20 admin fee. Please make all requests to tournament desk by email (email subject “refund request”) to piptourneys@gmail.com.
- After March 21st at 9.01pm there will be NO refunds for any reason. If you need to change partners, the new partner required to register and pay registration fee.
- Refunds will be processed after the tournament dates, latest by April 18th, 2025.
We won't know the starting time until 1-2weeks before the event date. Once we know, we'll post it here.
